WearMoods is a small UK sock brand based in London. We design socks that show a mood: festive, cosy, a bit cheeky, or simply smart. Our socks are made in Turkey from 20/1 combed cotton and sold online, with free delivery across the UK.

Why socks?

Socks are the one gift almost everyone uses, and the one most people get wrong. Supermarket multipacks feel like an afterthought; novelty socks often feel thin and end up in a drawer. We wanted socks that look like a proper present, feel good enough to wear every week, and cost little enough to give without thinking twice.

That's why our Christmas socks are £5 a pair, why our gift box puts four designs together for £15, and why every box is made to be handed over without wrapping.

How we think about quality

We'd rather tell you exactly what's in a sock than call it "luxury". Every WearMoods sock is knitted from the same 20/1 combed cotton yarn: combed for softness, with a little polyamide for strength and a little elastane so they keep their shape after washing. Our Simply Black socks are knitted on a 200-needle machine for an extra-fine, smooth knit. If you want to understand what those numbers mean, our guide to yarn quality explains it in plain English.
