Christmas Socks for School Fundraising
Running a Christmas fair, a Secret Santa shop or a raffle? Festive socks are one of the easiest things a PTA can sell: they're light, they don't go off, they fit most adults, and they're easy to price. Here's how schools use WearMoods socks, and how to order.
The simple maths
One Christmas Mood gift box costs £15 and holds four different pairs. Sell the pairs individually at £5 each and the box brings in £20: £5 for the school from every box, before any donations or bulk arrangement. Ten boxes, forty happy grown-ups, £50 raised.
Four ways schools use our socks
| Use | How it works | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Christmas fair gift stall | Sell single pairs at £5 and whole boxes at £15–£20 | Display one pair unrolled so people can see the design |
| Secret Santa shop | The top £5 price point: children buying for Mum, Dad or carers | Roll each pair with a gift tag so it goes home ready to give |
| Raffle or tombola prize | A whole gift box makes a smart, ready-wrapped prize | Put it near the front of the table: it looks like a "big" prize |
| Thank-yous for staff and volunteers | One box split four ways, £3.75 a person | Hand them out on Christmas Jumper Day (Thu 10 Dec) |
How to order for your school
- Work out roughly how many you need. For a Secret Santa shop, our school fundraising guide shows how to estimate stock from pupil numbers.
- Tell us the date of your event and where it should be delivered.
- Contact us with your school name, quantity and date, and we'll come back to you with options for your order.
Small orders can simply be placed online: one or two boxes arrive within 2–4 business days with free UK delivery. Allow at least two weeks before your event for larger orders.
