Orders placed after these dates will still be dispatched, but we can't guarantee they'll arrive before 25 December.
Ordering for an earlier date?
- Christmas Jumper Day (Thursday 10 December): order by Thursday 3 December for standard delivery.
- Office Secret Santa or school Christmas fair: allow at least one week before the day.
How delivery works
- Dispatch: we dispatch within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
- Tracking: you'll get a dispatch email with a tracking number, active within 24 hours.
- UK only: we currently deliver to UK addresses only.
- Gift delivery: you can send your order straight to the recipient – just enter their address at checkout. Our gift boxes arrive ready to give.
Royal Mail at Christmas
December is Royal Mail's busiest month, and deliveries can take longer than usual. Royal Mail publishes its official last posting dates each autumn; we'll update this page if they change our recommended order dates. Royal Mail doesn't deliver on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
Missed the deadline?
Socks make a great “to start the new year” gift too. Orders placed after the last order dates are dispatched as normal and usually arrive in the days between Christmas and New Year.
Returns after Christmas
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, as long as the socks are unworn and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. See our refund policy.
